Artificial Intelligence Lead

As an Artificial Intelligence Lead at Omya International Ag, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital transformation by creating business value from data and strategizing with all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI strategies and initiatives across the organization, taking a hands-on approach to leading and managing their development and implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of AI technologies, aiming to improve business outcomes, optimize operations, and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Develop and govern our data strategy to propel business and product development through a data-driven decision-making journey, creating AI products, procedures, and policies, and collaborating with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets.
  • Ensure the company adheres to industry best practices and complies with legal standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven 8 years of experience in AI strategy development, implementation, and project management within a multinational corporation or similar environment.
  • At least 8 years in management roles, being able to manage stakeholders' demand and expectations, project execution, and people's career development as Senior level concern for Data issues in a multinational company.
  • 5-8 years experience managing and/or directing Artificial intelligence solutions, projects, Architectures, and proposing technical solutions.
  • Understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data security principles.
