About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing family, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns, to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Design, implement, and monitor digital lead generation campaigns to attract and engage with potential customers.
  • Create and manage engaging online content, such as blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads, to educate and inform our target audience.
  • Manage and grow the digital presence of our company or brand in various platforms, including social media, search engines, and content marketing channels.
  • Keep local versions of our website up to date throughout the region and manage our third-party digital marketing agencies on a regional level.
  • Manage the monthly budget accordingly to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in digital media buying (paid social, SEM, and programmatic marketing).
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, META Ads, or other marketing platforms; agency experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative digital concept development skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
