Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record as a technology leader and of leading and scaling technical teams.
- Experience handling client incidents, understanding technical implications, and risks.
- Familiarity with data processing at scale in cloud environments.
- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems and data processing and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Java or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- History of delivering results in a distributed, large-scale, and fast-growing environment.
