Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Controller Sales Marketing to join our team at Walters People. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support our Sales and Marketing leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and provide financial analysis of Sales and Marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and support in financial presentations for stakeholders
  • Continuously standardize, develop, and digitize the reporting analysis process for Sales and Marketing
  • Consolidated view and tracking of business initiatives in Sales and Marketing, coordinating with Finance
  • Finance support in new business flows, review business cases, and new transactions relating to Sales and Marketing
  • Review and coordinate Sales and Marketing bonus calculation process
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Owner of Sales and Marketing cost center structure, oversee Sales and Marketing related dimensions and definitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related area
  • Strong communications skills in English, verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical skills
  • A structured manner and the ability to make things happen
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Experience from ERP systems, analytical tools, and MS Office
