About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with regional clients to drive expansion and renewals.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
  • Work with our global network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
  • Realize revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions.
  • Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
  • Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
  • Utilize our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
  • Stay up-to-date on International Trade Policy and its implications on our business.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Grow the profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for our regional clients' portfolio.
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process.
  • Generate demand by identifying and articulating how our services and solutions can add value to our clients.
  • Approach account management in a systematic way by identifying strategies to develop and grow the account profitably.
  • Perform vulnerability analysis to ensure our clients' requirements are at the heart of our proposed solutions.
  • Positively influence and enable financial control, governance, and compliance in a region.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client issues.
Requirements
  • Sales business acumen and the skills to understand client needs and bring value to them from our portfolio of services.
  • Sales client engagement and management skills to effectively manage and analyze clients throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Sales solution skills to link our offerings to specific client and prospect needs and outcomes.
  • Sales pursuit skills to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
