El rol de Demi Chef se considera exitoso cuando:

  • Los platos son elaborados, cocinados y presentados de acuerdo a los estándares establecidos.
  • Se respetan las normativas de salud y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Se implementan políticas de sostenibilidad y reciclaje de residuos.
  • Se mantiene una comunicación efectiva con el equipo y otros departamentos para asegurar el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes.

Las responsabilidades clave incluyen:

  • Preparar los utensilios y equipos necesarios para la cocina.
  • Anticipar y preparar los ingredientes y materiales requeridos para el servicio.
  • Cocinar y servir los platos según las especificaciones del menú.
  • Dirigir y apoyar a los ayudantes de cocina y otros miembros del equipo.
  • Limpiar y organizar el área de trabajo de manera eficiente.

Requisitos:

Buscamos candidatos que posean las siguientes características:

  • Mentalidad abierta, formación relacionada con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
  • Enfoque en el servicio al cliente y capacidad para alcanzar resultados.
  • Dominio del español o inglés; otros idiomas son un plus.
  • Experiencia mínima de un año en establecimientos de lujo o de 5 estrellas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónoma.
