Position Overview
We are seeking a talented PLM Business Consultant to become an integral part of our international team. Our organization thrives on a remote work culture, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals from various countries.
Your Role
In this position, you will work closely with clients to navigate the complexities of PLM transformations, ensuring effective change management within their organizations. Your primary objective will be to empower teams and support them in adapting to new processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects focused on change management initiatives, utilizing Share PLM's established frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops, generate reports, and ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both team members and client projects.
- Enhance overall account performance by refining processes and leveraging Share PLM's methodologies.
- Provide strategic advice to clients to foster change during their transformation efforts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with PLM software and digital transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of client collaboration.
- Currently residing in Spain.
