Clinical Trial Supplies Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Supplies Manager to join our EMEA team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of clinical trial supplies for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of clinical trial supplies for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operational Delivery: Ensure operational delivery and financial performance of services assigned to the Clinical Trial Supplies team.
- Vendor Management: Identify clinical trial supply vendors, manage contracting of preferred vendors, and provide vendor management services.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Define supplies requirements in collaboration with client packaging and distribution vendors and the Project Lead.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans in accordance with Controlled Documents and ensure proper archival of records in Trial Master Files to ensure inspection readiness.
- Reporting and Communication: Accountable for maintenance of project information on a variety of databases and systems, and provide relevant reports for customers and management.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a contract research organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company in project management or clinical trial supplies management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices, and other applicable regulatory requirements; strong organizational skills; ability to manage time and work independently; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
