We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at ArcelorMittal Spain. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial and control matrices to monitor and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the finance team to monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Business Cycle Management: Coordinate the development and implementation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making and ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
- Internal Control and SOX Compliance: Oversee the internal control and SOX compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Risk Management: Coordinate the risk assessment and control matrix to identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, internal auditors, and external auditors.
- Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial consulting, internal control, and SOX audit.
- Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of national and international accounting regulations, including IFRS and SOX. Proficient in financial management tools, including SAP, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluent English language skills.
