Buscamos un especialista en Talent Acquisition para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos Corporativos en Boomerang. En este rol, serás responsable de la gestión íntegra de los procesos de selección para los distintos departamentos corporativos, desde la definición del puesto hasta la contratación, onboarding y acogida.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestión de las contrataciones: oferta, negociación de condiciones laborales, gestión documental e incorporación.
  • Onboarding de nuevos empleados: ruta por las instalaciones, formación inicial y presentación de la empresa.
  • Participación en la estrategia de Selección y Captación de Talento, contacto directo con los departamentos y delegaciones para el análisis de necesidades y seguimiento de los procesos y candidaturas.
  • Análisis del mercado laboral, movimientos de contratación en sectores y asesoría en esta materia al cliente interno.
  • Contacto con universidades, centros y organismos de formación para el establecimiento de colaboraciones, así como participación en foros de empleo y eventos de talento.
  • Negociación y gestión de los partners y proveedores externos para las distintas fases de los procesos de selección.
  • Recogida, gestión y análisis de KPIs de rotación, altas, bajas y movimientos de trabajadores y trabajadoras para el liderazgo de la estrategia de crecimiento de la empresa en materia de plantilla.
  • Desarrollo de proyectos en colaboración con departamentos afines como Marketing, Legal, Administración u otros para la consecución de objetivos en estrategias del negocio.
  • Gestión de Proyectos de Recursos Humanos Corporativos.
Requisitos del Puesto
  • Formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Sociología, ADE o similares. Se valorará Máster en Gestión de Personas, Evaluación del Desempeño o similar.
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años desarrollando tareas de Selección de Personal. Se valorará experiencia en la selección de perfiles IT, Tech, Ingeniería, etc.
  • Conocimientos sobre diferentes fuentes de reclutamiento: Infojobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Nivel de Inglés medio-alto hablado y escrito. Plus conocimiento de otros idiomas: Francés, Alemán, Polaco, Portugués, etc.
