Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain complex WordPress websites using the latest tech stack.
- Write and maintain HTML5, CSS3 (with Sass and PostCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build complex user interfaces and components using React.
- Create and extend WordPress functionality through custom Gutenberg block development.
- Integrate and manipulate data using REST APIs and potentially GraphQL.
- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
- Employ performance-first techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including technical SEO factors like schema markup.
- Communicate design and development concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work effectively within an Agile development environment, participating in regular sprints and team meetings.
- Solid frontend skills with HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass), and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Familiarity with modern module bundler tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite.
