Job Title: Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting and influencing the decision-making process of LIMS-management deployed in all our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS business objectives for the next 3-5 years.
  • Identify and analyze business solutions for the Galderma QC labs.
  • Define the scope of solutions within projects and propose improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance to GxP regulations for digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs, including validation requirements, and ensure key users are properly trained.
Requirements:
  • College or University Degree in Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements.
  • Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution).
  • Professional level in English.
  • Computerized System validation skills.
  • Listening, analyzing, and negotiation skills.
