  • Identify and prioritize key messages, target audiences, and communication channels to maximize impact and reach.
  • Establish thought leadership by creating and promoting compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Lead and manage a regional program fostering a collaborative culture with marketing team members and country-based agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the business and tech industry.
  • Coach company spokespeople, and where required, act as a company spokesperson.
  • Coordinate with multiple PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging across EMEA.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, that highlight our expertise and innovation.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry associations, and government bodies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 7 + years of experience in strategic communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Strong media relations experience and a deep understanding of the EMEA media landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
