About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Barcelona. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Simplify and Automate Reporting: Develop and implement data solutions to enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring maximum scalability, self-service ability, and productivity.
  • Solve Complex Business Problems: Apply analytical best practices to derive solutions for broad business challenges, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define business requirements.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Reporting: Work with stakeholders to define best output based on business needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Multiple Teams: Effectively work with various teams in a large organization to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for enabling Sellers to list and sell their products on Amazon's EU Marketplaces in a compliant manner, adhering to EU legislative requirements. We strive to build a global marketplace, optimizing inventory placement across multiple countries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Proficient with SQL
  • Experience Defining Requirements and Using Data for Business Insights
  • Experience Working with Stakeholders to Document Data and Operational Processes
  • Familiarity with Database Types and Data Models
  • Experience with Data Visualization using Quicksight or Similar Tools and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Similar Role
  • Proficiency with Python
  • Proficiency with Amazon Technologies: AWS S3, RDS, Lambda
