Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Processes Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs and support growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with different departments to identify areas for improvement and innovation, linking business needs with technology solutions to drive our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and share a technology vision and roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and creativity by working with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements, goals, and challenges.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of technology projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations, and lead and support project teams.
- Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes, providing training and support for a seamless transition and user satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to technology initiatives, including security, compliance, and data privacy, developing contingency plans to minimize disruption and protect business interests.
- Strong IT Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with experience and advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering business solutions and product management in complex environments, experience in industries such as finance or professional services a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology strategy aligned with business objectives, experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, product management, and technology roadmap development.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project), experience in managing large-scale technology projects with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT), experience with relevant software development frameworks and platforms.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards common goals.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and industry trends, ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth through technology.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions, experience with business intelligence and analytics tools desirable.
