Job Title: Industrial Processes Responsible

At Gr. Antolin Irausa, S.A. (GANC), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Processes Responsible to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, development, and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and share the technology vision and roadmap that supports the business' objectives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders from different departments to learn about their requirements, goals, and challenges, fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity to achieve business success.
  • Project Management: Manage the implementation of technology projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations, leading and supporting project teams.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by encouraging the use of new technologies and processes, offering training and support to ensure seamless transition and user satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to technology initiatives, including security, compliance, and data privacy, developing contingency plans to minimize disruption and protect business interests.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with experience and advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering business solutions and product management in complex environments, experience in industries such as finance or professional services a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology strategy aligned with business objectives, experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, product management, and technology roadmap development.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project), experience in managing large-scale technology projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT), experience with relevant software development frameworks and platforms.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards common goals.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and industry trends, ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth through technology.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions, experience with business intelligence and analytics tools desirable.
