As a key member of the myGwork team, you will play a crucial role in protecting and promoting our reputation and licence to operate in Spain and Southern Europe. This position will work closely with the Europe Regional team, the market General Manager, and other internal stakeholders to drive the Corporate Relations strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Operationalize and Drive the Europe CR Strategy
- Support Across the 3 CR Pillars
- Co-create and Deliver the Corporate Comms Policy Engagement Programme
- Act as Company Spokesperson and Member of the Crisis Management Team
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with:
- Internal: CR colleagues in other countries, the market CR team, the MD of Southern Europe and their Exec team, members of the global brand teams.
- External: Industry, media, and government. Customers (retailers, wholesalers, on-trade operators).
- Handle Relationships and Reputation with Government
- Oversee Corporate and Internal Communications
- Manage Communication Agencies and External Vendors
- Develop Expertise in Spain and Southern Europe
- Manage Relationships with Trade Associations
- Lead on myGwork's 2030 Society Ambition
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of relevant Corporate Relations/Corporate Affairs experience.
- Experience in building public affairs and corporate communications plans.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills in English.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Spanish political, media, and trade association landscape.
