MongoDB is revolutionizing the way organizations approach data-driven innovation. As a Senior Specialist, Industry Solutions, you will play a critical role in empowering businesses to modernize their software legacies, transition to cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous data-driven modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to communicate MongoDB's platform direction to customers and industry partner communities through content creation, technical demos, and project leadership.
  • Design and deliver technical demos showcasing MongoDB's capabilities for specific industry-focused use cases.
  • Produce and present content, such as white papers, blogs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces, highlighting the business value of MongoDB as a leading industry solution.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Solutions team to ensure success in accounts ranging from small startups to large enterprises, customizing solutions, client presentations, and client-specific content.
  • Support sales teams through enablement activities, including technical discovery, demos, trainings, proof of values, presentations, and documentation of technical decision criteria.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and Marketing, Sales, and Product, contributing to MongoDB's Go-To-Market Strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to support and mentor team members, sharing best practices and driving personal growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tech sector or relevant technical experience in other sectors.
  • A foundational knowledge of data and/or data engineering, with a willingness to become an expert in the field.
  • A balance of technical knowledge and communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new industries, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • A diverse experience or interest in multiple industries, such as finance, banking, or healthcare.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a drive to learn new skills and become an expert in the field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for conferences, clients, team shadowing, team events, and MongoDB events.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on process-oriented work.
