Senior Data Science Role at Product Madness Espana, S.L.

Are you a seasoned data scientist looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for gaming and a desire to work with a talented team to create remarkable hit games? We're seeking a Senior Data Science Lead to join our team at Product Madness Espana, S.L.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced data scientist to take a senior role within our highly experienced and talented data science team. As a Senior Data Science Lead, you'll be given the autonomy to lead on projects and will gain experience from working with a large and diverse set of data. You'll be responsible for translating ambiguous business problems into measurable analytical components, implementing methodologies to generate, collect, and measure data for business use, and working with engineers in the collection and curation of game data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
  • Lead data science projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Design and implement data pipelines and architectures
  • Work with unstructured and semi-structured data to extract useful analytic measures
  • Perform statistical analysis on experimental or business data to validate and quantify trends or patterns
  • Define best practices for analysis and visualization
  • Collaborate with key business leaders to understand business problems and leverage analytic tools and processes for problem-solving
  • Write advanced SQL for exploratory analysis
  • Translate computational solutions and statistical models to implementable code
  • Construct recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
  • Mentor junior data scientists
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience in a relevant role
  • Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative and qualitative approaches
  • Worked with large data sets, moving computation towards the data layer
  • Used machine learning and modeling
  • Experience using visualization techniques to record and communicate findings
