Position Overview:


The Azure Cloud Services Manager is tasked with overseeing the operational efficiency of the designated Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Azure offerings.

This role serves as the primary liaison for all operational matters related to the CSP within the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with diverse stakeholders, tracking service quality indicators, and driving ongoing enhancements to operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in system administration, Azure public cloud services, and Agile practices. A robust technical foundation in areas such as cybersecurity, networking, databases, and cloud infrastructures is essential. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit a customer-focused mindset, a solutions-driven approach, and outstanding communication abilities.
