Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Recruiting Italy to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition and Sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruiting process for our Italian sites, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our business and drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with our Corporate Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team to define and implement effective sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our business.
  • Lead End-to-End Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent for our Italian sites.
  • Act as an Ambassador for Aenova Holding: Represent our company at recruitment events and career fairs, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Corporate Teams: Work closely with our hiring managers and corporate teams to ensure that our recruiting efforts are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Define and Maintain Recruiting KPIs: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of our recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve our processes.

Requirements

  • Native Italian Speaker: Fluency in Italian is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, preferably in an international industrial and fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Completed studies in economics, psychology, educational science, or a comparable field.
  • Consulting Skills and Customer Orientation: High level of consulting skills and customer orientation, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Intercultural Competence: Strong intercultural competence, with the ability to attract, hire, retain, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.
