About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Siegfried. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects in the area of Project and Program Management. Your primary focus will be on evaluating projects from a technical and cost perspective, planning and implementing them in our production routine or finalizing the first validation campaign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate projects, define the project framework in collaboration with the project team, client, and Business Development Manager.
  • Define the technical viability, estimate production costs, and plan the project timeline.
  • Develop a project plan, including stages, objectives, required resources, costs, and investment, and present it to the Project Steering Committee.
  • Develop the process strategy and analytical methods, distribution, validation, required equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Define and track a detailed project plan, including activities, involved departments, and required resources.
  • Conduct a risk assessment in collaboration with the project team.
  • Define the project team.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in establishing the business plan.
Requirements
  • Basic education: Degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences.
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish, knowledge of cGMP in API and/or finished product manufacturing.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
