Key Responsibilities- Lead Creative Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive creative vision for our games, ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive and aligned with the company's brand and artistic vision.
- Artistic Direction: Provide clear artistic direction to the art team, ensuring that all visual elements meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and production, to ensure that all visual elements are integrated seamlessly into the game.
- Art Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the creative process and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, producers, and artists, to ensure that all visual elements are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in an Art Lead or Associate AD role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual elements.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of artists. Proficiency in Unity and experience working with IP are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
