Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Bilbao office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and interviewing top talent for our business. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will participate in national and global hiring processes, working closely with our internal customers to meet their recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Recruitment Strategies
Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to attract and select the best candidates for our open positions. This will involve designing selection criteria, conducting sourcing activities, and managing recruitment and selection processes from resume screening to selection.
- Candidate Management and Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with information about our company culture, benefits, and salary packages. Ensure that qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Brand Ambassador and Business Partner
Represent our company as a brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events. Serve as a first point of contact for our internal customers, providing them with recruitment-related advice and support.
- Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with previous agency or corporate recruitment experience for generic positions.
- Good knowledge of ATS systems, specifically Workday.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a passion for recruitment.
- Proficient English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
