As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for optimizing the utilization and performance of our local panel, ensuring that quantitative and qualitative projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies for allocated projects, leveraging a range of techniques including email campaigns, cold calling, desk research, and online advertising.
- Project Management: Attend project-related meetings with project managers, share notes on agreed plans of action, and ensure that daily number of calls and strike rate targets are achieved.
- Respondent Management: Call, schedule, confirm, and rescreen respondents recruited for qualitative projects, ensuring that confirmation letters and consent forms are sent and follow-up calls are made as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Review projects on a regular basis, inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted, and monitor the performance of projects to ensure successful execution within timelines stipulated by clients.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and evaluate recruitment tactics post-implementation status to drive improvement in results, and provide insightful and relevant feedback on project feasibility based on gathered market intelligence.
- Education and Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalency
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare market research fieldwork recruitment
- Skills and Abilities: Native German and fluent English, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel), and basic math skills with the ability to learn to calculate incidence rate, response rates, and profit.
