Branding and Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to support our global technology communications strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that showcases our cutting-edge development, technological leadership, and culture of innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tech partners, user groups, and media outlets, to strengthen our employer brand.
- Help raise internal awareness about the importance of public speaking and technology evangelism for building a strong employer brand.
- Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the wider Ocado Group Communications team to ensure cohesive and integrated communications across all media channels.
- Commercial experience in technology communications at an agency or in-house.
- A solid understanding and passion for technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex technical content into engaging narratives.
- Strong team player with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Approachable, proactive, flexible, and creative attitude.
