Branding and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Branding and Communications Lead Con Discapacidad to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our company's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a communications strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that highlights our company's cutting-edge technology and innovative culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and community groups.
- Assist with planning and executing in-house employee events to enhance job satisfaction and overall employee experience.
- Commercial experience in technology communications at an agency or in-house.
- Solid understanding and passion for technology.
- Outstanding command of the Spanish and English language, with Catalan being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex technical content into engaging narratives.
- Strong team player with self-motivation and ability to multitask under pressure.
