Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Galderma S.A. is a leading dermatology company seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join its Centre of Financial Insight in Barcelona, Spain. As a key player in our transformational journey, you will drive impactful change on optimizing financial reporting and processes for countries, clusters, regions, and the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support periodic performance management and financial reporting through data management and reporting.
  • Design and develop report-monitoring solutions tailored to the organization's unique needs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end reporting which will serve the needs of both business and performance management review with the group.
  • Monitor data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and reporting best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in financial reporting and analysis or a similar related area.
  • Previous experience in one of the big 4 consulting firms, or in the Pharma or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems such as Oracle & HFM).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
