About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at Kaprestechnology. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of software development.
  • Agile Development: Work in a CI/CD environment, participating in meetings and conferences to gather requirements and discuss architectural decisions.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Develop a thorough understanding of deploying and managing application lifecycles to interpret customer business needs and processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the engineering organization to ensure quality product enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in test and product environments.
  • Technology Integration: Identify, assess, and integrate various open-source technologies and cloud services.
Requirements
  • English Proficiency: English proficiency (C1/C2).
  • Professional Experience: 5 years overall professional software development experience.
  • Frontend Development: Proficiency in frontend development (JavaScript / Typescript, and frameworks such as VueJS).
  • API Service Development: Knowledge on API service development using Rest principles and technologies like Java or Python.
  • Engineering Practices: Experience with good engineering practices (test driven development, continuous integration, Jenkins).
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Cypress, Mocha/Jest.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in teams and share knowledge with others to foster growth at all levels.
  • Web Development: Knowledge of web design and mark-up language HTML, CSS.
Preferred Requirements
  • Authentication Expertise: Expertise with authentication scenarios: OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc.
  • Azure Tools: Experience with Azure tools like AppInsights and Azure AD/Azure B2C identity providers.
  • Database Design: Design and operation of databases (preferably NoSQL).
  • Collaborative Environment: Positive attitude towards feedback exchange and working collaboratively in a development environment (code reviews).
  • Team Workflows: Experience with team workflows involving tools like Git, Jira and Confluence.
