The Role
You will provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. Your main role is to complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment but also preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical coaching to team members & coordinate their on-site work activity.
- Accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
- Work mainly with the company's largest customers in the retail, commercial & pharmaceutical sectors.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry.
- F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Cert.
- Relevant qualifications & certificates (City & Guilds).
- Clean EU Driving License.
- Ability to speak fluent English.
- Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II.
