Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in senior accounting and administrative roles, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement efficient administrative processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Xero and other systems, with a strong aptitude for data analysis.
