About the Role:

The Marketing and Sales Specialist is a dynamic position that bridges the gap between marketing initiatives and sales execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the food industry, with a focus on food raw materials and additives.
  • Strong relationships with key customers and partners in the food industry.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
