Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Software Development Lifecycle Specialist to join our team in Valencia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring processes throughout their entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless and efficient application deployment
- Monitor processes throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) to guarantee the reproducibility and scalability of our systems
- Promote and construct automated processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste
- Integrate security controls to ensure data protection and compliance
- Conduct reporting and monitoring to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues
- FinOps: Seek opportunities to optimize costs while ensuring high availability and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our cloud and DevOps strategies
Requirements
- Over three years of experience in managing DevOps processes at an enterprise scale, with a strong foundation in DevOps practices and principles, including CI/CD and IaC (Terraform)
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying and overseeing cloud infrastructure with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic familiarity with data-centric frameworks and tools like Kafka, Confluent, databases, data lakes, or Spark
- Competent in scripting, with a fundamental grasp of networking concepts and security protocols in cloud settings
- Capable of collaborative work in a dynamic, agile environment
- Possesses excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing verbal, written, and presentation skills

Physical Requirements
Sedentary for prolonged periods of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
