Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Junior HR Officer who will be instrumental in facilitating the daily functions of the HR department. This entry-level role presents an excellent opportunity to acquire significant experience in human resources while contributing to the organization's overall effectiveness. The position will emphasize recruitment activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to assess staffing requirements.
  • Assist in the complete recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, resume evaluations, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct interviews for entry-level and seasonal roles.
  • Employ various sourcing techniques, such as online job platforms, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to draw in top talent.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
  • Input seasonal employee data into our HRIS system (Workday).
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding operational inquiries and document collection.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records for Language Camps, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support the preparation and upkeep of HR-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance within the HR department, ensuring that KPIs are monitored.
  • Assist in managing HR programs, policies, and procedures related to the language camps.
  • Issue work certificates upon request.
  • Help with translations, review documentation, and report relevant information to the department.

Additional HR Tasks (during off-peak seasons):

  • Contribute to various HR projects and policy development.
  • Support Workday administration.
  • Assist with the HR newsletter.
  • Help with logistical tasks at the HQ KLG office.
  • Provide support for HR-related tasks in French-speaking countries.
Qualifications

Your Experience:

You should have one to two years of experience in recruitment or a supportive HR role.

Your Professional Skills and Education:

  • Fluency in French (C2 level required).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Spanish language skills are essential.
  • Ability to perform all administrative tasks to the highest standards within specified timelines.
  • Capability to work independently while also demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is advantageous.
