**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Sales team to develop a winning strategy for bids
- Manage and oversee opportunities from qualification through to contract award
- Develop value propositions, strategies, and solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful bid outcomes
- Ensure alignment of the team and resources to meet bid requirements
- Review specifications to understand project requirements and create winning proposals
- Drive the negotiation process and ensure commercial terms are favorable
- Communicate with customers throughout the bid process
- Facilitate and communicate lessons learned to improve proposal quality
**Requirements**
- Time served in a similar role or a master's degree in engineering
- Relevant experience in sales and commercial positions
- Bid/Proposal Management experience in international industrial and municipal B2B transactions
- Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry and its relevant technologies
- Fluent in English and able to present complex cases with ease
- Good business acumen and executive presence
- Ability to multi-task and deliver results against demanding customer-driven deadlines
