Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrable project management experience within clinical research, with a focus on late phase studies in a CRO environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities.
