Key Responsibilities- Data Integration: Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and improvement of local Data Warehouses (DWH) using SQL Server, Oracle, and Synapse.
- Design and develop ETL processes using Store Procedures (Oracle and SQL Server), PowerCenter, Python, or other tools for extracting and transforming data from various sources.
- Manage data quality and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and improvement of MicroStrategy and Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Design and develop robust data models that support our analytical needs.
- Provide support and training to end-users on the use of BI tools and solutions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of BI and analytics solutions.
- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Language: Strong skills in Spanish and English to work and communicate with local and core teams.
- Experience: Previous 3-year experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or BI Engineer.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle and SQL Server), ability to analyze, design, and optimize data models, and development skills in SQL (Transact-SQL or PL/SQL recommended).
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as part of a team, and good verbal and written communication skills.
- We are committed to your adaptation to the job and will provide initial training to help you get to know the company.
- You will work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with flexibility and hybrid, with teleworking days.
- You will receive a fixed salary that you can complement with a variable salary.
