**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Global Data and Insights Leader to co-drive our journey towards becoming a leader in industrial IoT solutions, data-enabled solutions, and software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a global high-performing team that defines, delivers, and scales value based on insights from data. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business transformation enabled by data and digital solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team leadership and stakeholder collaboration: Buildup, manage, and develop the Data and Insights team into a global high-performing team that defines, delivers, and scales value based on insights from data.
- Manage and run a diverse team in different countries with data-POs, data engineers, program managers, external partners, data platform competencies, and more.
- Work closely with the CDO and fellow leaders to jointly drive the business transformation enabled by data and digital.
- Closely collaborate with global digital and data business leaders as well as functional leaders to build a joined x-TKE team to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Create tangible value based on insights from data and related digital solutions, making use of relevant competencies, modern tools, and technology.
**Requirements**
