Construction Director

As a key member of our Spanish Datacenter team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the construction team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors
  • Coordinate construction activities with on-site engineers and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage internal project stakeholders and ensure effective communication
  • Oversee operations prior to project acceptance and commissioning
  • Drive financial and timing aspects of construction projects

As a seasoned Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineer, you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial building construction projects with high technical value and tight deadlines. Your strong technical background, multicultural teamwork skills, and adaptability will enable you to succeed in this role and grow within our company.

We are an international Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, with a focus on turnkey construction, renovation, and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors.
