As a member of the International Desk Netherlands team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting Responsibilities: preparation of annual accounts, consolidation of accounts, and general accounting tasks.
  • Reviewing Financial Reports to ensure service quality.
  • Planning and managing Deliverables to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhering to KPIs for performance measurement.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international professional services environment, with a focus on accounting.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, multitasking capabilities, autonomy, enthusiasm, and a desire to contribute to a growing project.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
