The Role

We're looking for a Product Lead to join our Procurement team. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of product managers that work directly with customers, account teams, and their counterparts in Product and Engineering on using Celonis to solve critical Supply Chain problems.

Your focus will be on productizing valuable and scalable use cases and thereby impact and shape the future of Process Intelligence in Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of product managers, defining the product strategy and roadmap for the Procurement domain, within the broader context of our Supply Chain strategy.
  2. Work closely with customers to understand their pain points with a focus on Procurement (both direct and indirect) and adjacent areas.
  3. Be involved in all steps within the product development lifecycle from ideation to product development to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers.
  4. Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop new, innovative solutions in the area of Supply Chain.
  5. Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to guide and influence feature development of the platform.
  6. Work together with our UX team to define the user experience for our products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational Procurement functions, Solution Engineering, (Enterprise) Procurement Software, Procurement Analyst or comparable roles.
  • Experience in managing high performing teams is a plus.
