Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at Saica Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement process for our equipment, investment, forklifts, spare parts, and capital expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and ensure compliance with the procurement procedure.
- Lead Procurement Teams: Lead and manage the procurement teams responsible for equipment, investment, forklifts, spare parts, and capital expenditure.
- Market Analysis: Conduct proactive analysis of sectorial markets of suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement proposals for continuous improvement of the procurement process.
- KPI Management: Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, including cost savings and process efficiency.
- Contract Management: Support in the definition of specific contract models in coordination with the Legal Director.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a technical buyer in a multinational industrial company.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, creativity, dynamic, resistance to pressure and stress, capacity for dialogue, and high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge of SAP SRM/MM, availability to travel across Europe, and willingness to consider short-term expatriation in any Saica's country.
