We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Group finance team at KingMakers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Building Budget and Forecast Templates: Develop and maintain budget and forecast templates for the businesses to complete.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and challenge financial and management information received from the businesses, and gain a full understanding of the FPA reporting system.
- Reporting: Assist with the preparation of Leadership Team and Board Meeting presentations, including the monthly reporting pack, the annual budget presentation, forecast updates, and other ad hoc presentations.
- Business Partnering: Support and challenge the businesses in the Group, and collaborate with various departments to gather management reporting information and ensure accountability.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FPA function.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, or a related financial role.
- Experience of working with Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level, and comfortable with manipulating complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and communicate with non-finance departments.
