Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team in Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cost Optimization
  • Utilize Amazon's logistics metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's financial policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration and Development
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on logistics or operations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
