Steam Generator Inspection Leader

The Steam Generator Inspection Leader role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality inspection and maintenance services to operational nuclear power plants worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage the execution of projects, ensuring safe, flawless execution, and meeting quality and schedule requirements.
- Interface with customers to discuss project execution, reporting, and contract discussions.
- Develop and implement standardized initiatives to improve safety conditions and quality results.
- Collaborate with the Westinghouse Outage Control Center to ensure seamless project execution.
- Apply Westinghouse Project Management Requirements to projects, driving continuous improvement.
- Support customers by highlighting Westinghouse's capacities and solutions, pursuing business activities.
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a Nuclear Power Plant.
- Strong project management, communication, teamwork, and change management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Steam Generator maintenance services is preferable.
