Job Title: Senior RF Design Engineer

Qorvo is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the development of RF acoustic BAW/SAW filters for 4G/5G applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF acoustic BAW/SAW filters for 4G/5G applications
  • Apply RF co-design techniques to ensure optimal performance of RF components
  • Collaborate with product design teams to integrate RF front end modules
  • Perform acoustic and electromagnetic simulations and optimizations
  • Characterize and diagnose devices using state-of-the-art RF test equipment
  • Continuously improve design flows, methods, and cycle times
  • Ensure cutting-edge device performance in major handset applications
  • Collaborate with an international team at multiple locations
Requirements:
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with focus on RF
  • Background in standard RF design techniques, RF measurements, and characterization
  • Experience in SAW or BAW design, MEMS design, or RF module design
  • Extensive experience designing with HFSS, AWR, ADS, or similar tools
  • Understanding of microelectronic fabrication and high-volume manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in larger teams
