Global Senior Accountant and Process Owner

Vitrolife Group is a leading company in the field of science and technology, working to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family. We are expanding our Finance organization and are now looking for a Global Senior Accountant and process owner of the record-to-report process.
Responsibilities- Develop, structure, harmonize, and streamline accounting across the group.
- Provide accounting operating instructions and procedures to legal entities and finance clusters.
- Drive harmonization and automation of legal entities' monthly intercompany, accounting, and reporting processes.
- Provide senior accounting advice in complex accounting questions.
- Coordinate and manage accounting dimensions and master data.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area.
- Several years of experience in Accounting in an international group or from auditing.
- Senior and hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing; Spanish is meritorious.
- Strong communication skills.
