Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies and plans to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the research and analysis of marketing channels, including web-based and audio-visual platforms, to ensure effective marketing execution.
  • Lead the design, writing, and production of marketing communications materials, including corporate literature, product brochures, and case studies, to enhance sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and media audiences to ensure effective communication of product and service information.
  • Drive communications between sales and marketing departments to plan and create strategies, tactics, and materials to convey positive marketing messages to target markets.
  • Interface with public relations and advertising departments to ensure company representation in web and print media, industry publications, and analyst relations.
  • Lead creative and strategy sessions with outside agencies to implement marketing campaigns in various media outlets.
  • Develop and execute global business development support programs, including web-based and lead generation campaigns, in conjunction with local business units and geographic marketing teams.
  • Measure the success of marketing initiatives through surveys, traffic analysis, visitor interaction metrics, and sales conversions, and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and communications, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and media audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including web-based and audio-visual platforms.
