Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement Central Services team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments to support our EU procurement and business teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support to the Warehouse sites Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks.
  • Execute daily purchasing orders and/or documents creation, invoice and supplier master data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks, such as Purchase requisition compliance, Sourcing, and Remedy tickets.
  • Achieve assigned project targets and objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • C1 English level and B2 French level.
  • Knowledge in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Formal business administration or procurement qualification required, Bachelor degree preferred.
