What We Do

As a Product Owner Team Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information. You will lead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as eIDAS, GDPR, and PKI.
  3. Lead the development and enhancement of electronic signature and digital certificate products.
  4. Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  5. Engage with end-users, customer success, support, sales, and other teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  6. Define clear product requirements and prioritize backlog based on customer feedback and business goals.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
  8. Create comprehensive product documentation and training materials to enable internal users and customers to effectively utilize our solutions.
  9. Ensure the quality of development through functional testing.
